LODGING
Lodging for DNOW 2025 will be held in Royal Gorge Youth Bunks on the campus of Ridgecrest.
Each room sleeps 12 people
All linen provided (unless specified otherwise)
Complimentary Soap and Shampoo
The cost per room per night is $259 and you can put up to 12 people per room.
Each room has six sets of bunk beds.
FOOD
All meals will be served in the Dining Hall at Ridgecrest. We will have (2) breakfast, (1) lunch, and (1) dinner.
Here is a breakdown of the meals.
All 4 meals cost a total of $49.00
LATE NIGHT ACTIVITY
We are excited to be hosting an activity for Late Night. The cost is $10.00 per person. This year's late night will be a Silent Disco in the ARC. This is an incredibly fun event and we can't wait for all the students and leaders to participate.
You will include the cost of this in your check to Hopewell along with the t-shirts.
BOOKS
The student books are $5.00 and can be ordered through YM360.
You are responsible for ordering the books for your group. You need to order the Total Surrender Student Book.

T-SHIRTS
Each student will receive a DNOW T-Shirt. You will have to submit your T-Shirt numbers to Hopewell
by the deadline of February 16.

PAYMENTS
Each church will send a check to Hopewell Baptist Church for payment for the number of t-shirts
they ordered and the Late Night Activity.
Order Form for T-Shirts are due by February 16.
T-Shirts are $15.00 each and Late Night is $10.00 per person.
You can bring the check to DNOW.
Each church will be billed directly from Ridgecrest Conference Center after DNOW.
This includes any charges for lodging and food. You will send payment directly to Ridgecrest.
ROOMING LIST
Each church is responsible to submit a Rooming List by February 16 and includes the following information:
First Name, Last Name, Gender, and Age.

SIGN YOUR GROUP UP
1. Fill out the General Registration Form on the Signup Page on this website. You will need to know how many students/leaders are coming as well as T-shirt sizes.
2. Email Matt your Rooming List. You will need names of students and adults.
Please have the information filled out before the deadline of February 16.

Prepare Your Small Group Leaders
Go to Small Group Materials and download the materials for your leaders. Be sure to get the materials to them early. They will thank you.

SHOW UP AT RIDGECREST
1. Check In at Guest Services for your room keys and important information.
2. Bring a check made out to Hopewell Baptist Church for your T-Shirts ($15.00) and Late Night Activity ($10.00) per person.
AFTER DNOW
BILLING FROM RIDGECREST
Ridgecrest will send you an invoice AFTER DNOW. That will be for your room and food charges.
